We source and select service providers from our growing list of local and
national vendors (full-service firms, freelancers and consultants). Most
vendors are referred to us by other clients. Each
vendor is pre-qualified in critical areas including industry specialty,
client references, portfolios, work styles, staff experience - and
results!
Facilities, technical capabilities and operational stability will also
be verified and documented.
Step Three: Presentation
We deliver objective, fully documented vendor recommendations and
provide you with essential vendor evaluation tools, score cards and any additional guidance you may
need to make the best possible selection. We also can coordinate
portfolio/vendor presentations.
Step Four: Measurement and Review
After you select a
vendor, we track your projects and monitor service quality to ensure your satisfaction.
We can continue to stay in-the-loop to provide independent client/vendor relationship management.
There is never a cost or obligation for our core search service, and
we strive to provide impartial recommendations throughout the
entire process. Vendors pay us referral fees only after you are completely satisfied and have paid for their work.
